Reminder: PBIS Jean Day is tomorrow for those students who pay/have paid. No shorts, joggers, sweatpants, gowns, pajamas! School appropriate jeans and shirts. Subject to change if the district announces an extreme weather dress day. Thanks for helping us maintain a positive learning environment!
Monday, December 15, 2025: GCES students may take a picture with Santa Claus for $5.00 per 4x6 print by Susan Angelle Photography. You may order more than 1 print. Individual or sibling pictures for GCES students only!!! Complete order forms and return to your child's homeroom teacher.

It is with immense honor, gratitude, and enthusiasm that I introduce myself as your incoming Principal, Mrs. Octavia Warren. For 22 years, I have dedicated myself to education, serving as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, and most recently, as the principal of Central Middle School.
My commitment to fostering environments where students and staff thrive is at the core of my professional life. I strive to amplify Grand Coteau Elementary’s strengths, support and empower the staff and students, continue to cultivate a growth mindset, and educate the whole child academically, socially, and emotionally.
